Careers at Keystone Tutors

Keystone Tutors is a London based tutoring and education company. Since its founding in 2007 Keystone has developed an outstanding reputation among parents, schools and tutors.

How Keystone started: Founder Will was a teacher in London when he saw the opportunity for bringing an enlightened and professional approach to this occasionally charming but too-often bumbling backwater of mainstream education. The London tutoring sector was crying out for innovation, creativity, talent and professionalism. Since its inception, Keystone has assembled an exciting team of educators bringing just these qualities to the sector – and has thereby played a big part in the sector’s transformation and growth. Keystone therefore stands poised to take advantage of the rapidly increasing domestic and global demand for high quality one-on-one teaching.

Escape's take on Keystone Tutors

Keystone Tutors has a simple mission: to support parents in their quest to help their children realise their full academic potential. They do this by providing private tutoring services, and by doing it brilliantly. Their tutors are what sets them apart, with a rigorous recruitment process to ensure they have the cream of the crop, and by treating their tutors as the professionals they are. It’s clearly a winning formula, as customers rate them at 4.9 stars out of 5, and they’ve grown at an incredible rate since their inception in 2007. If you’re passionate about education and have unrivalled skills in communication, Keystone could be the tutoring platform for you.

Keystone is an excellent company to work for. They combine competence and organisation together with showing great care for their employees. They are unfailingly approachable, understanding of personal circumstances, open to ideas, always ready to share good feedback, and make their employees feel valued. I have never been professionally happier.

In the time that I have worked for Keystone, I have remained delighted and impressed by their professionalism and compassion towards their staff. At a particularly uncertain time to be in the workforce, Keystone has remained communicative and clear throughout – an especially important asset at time such as these. Their investment in the professional development of their staff ensures that tutors feel not only valued, but that they are part of a wider community who they can consult with questions at the drop of a hat. I look forward to my future with the company very much indeed.
