Malala Fund is a powerful and worthy organisation that we are proud to feature in The Escape 100 for the second year running. Founded by Malala Yousafzai, the fund fights for the right of every girl to have access to 12 years of free, quality education. They have a number of projects and initiatives supporting girls around the world including funding education programmes, advocating for policy changes, and amplifying the voices of girls to promote gender equality in education. The team love the flexibility and work-life balance, with no late night emails and a generous 6 month parental leave policy.
