MATCHABLE IS A B2B PLATFORM CHANGING THE WAY COMPANIES DO BUSINESS BY EMBEDDING SOCIAL IMPACT INTO BUSINESS-AS-USUAL PRACTICES.
Our unique approach reimagines volunteering by offering employees unique upskilling opportunities working with exciting non-profits and impact startups (think using your skills to help disadvantaged farmers in Columbia become cacao entrepreneurs using blockchain… instead of painting a fence on your team volunteer day!).
OUR STORY SO FAR:
We were incubated by the Good Lab and are backed by 8 leading global charities including The British Red Cross and WaterAid.
We’ve experienced fantastic traction since launch in early 2019, delivering £1.1million of value to impact organisations in 2021.
As of January 2022, we’re available to over 10,200 employees at some of the biggest and most innovative companies worldwide, with the aim of delivering £2 billion of value via 6 million hours volunteered to organisations changing the world over the next 3 years.
In September 2020 we became a certified B Corporation, joining an international network of over 2500 companies committed to balancing profit and purpose.

Matchable's mission and purpose is really inspiring and attracts employees who really care about the company, their roles and the overall goals of the organisation. We have a strong sense of purpose at work for many reasons but the mission and purpose really helps with this for me.

Matchable has always been really flexible with ways of working and encourages employees to work how they work best. Our team is based around the UK and we have the option of working from home or the office depending on how we work best.
