Have you tried one of MOJU drinks zingy plant-powered shots? WoaHHH! They are DELICIOUS –and the team behind these little bottles of flavour have committed to keeping their shots as close to their whole, natural form as possible, so you’re safe in the knowledge that what you're putting to your body is clean and healthy. They are also proud members of 1% for the Planet, pledging 1% of their annual sales to support grassroots environmental non-profits. ❤️ Benefits
Excellent perks including all the MOJU you can drink as well as friend and family send outs. We also get benchmark 28 days holiday a year as well as 2 Feed the MOJO days where you are encouraged to spend time doing charity work. On top of this, we get Class Pass and Simply Health perks as well as 2 free lunches a week.
👩👧👧 Team members
The team are very like minded and some of the best people I've ever worked with. Everyone is so driven and supportive across all levels. We are hard workers but even during the busiest times, we make time for each other and check in regularly.
Overall
Whilst MOJU is a fast paced, exciting and fun place to work, it could be even better by having a more diverse team as well as a clearer understanding of team needs and requirements, further team support from above and more opportunity to feedback and acknowledge. MOJU drives home the importance of employee recognition, and this can be easily lost when everyone is busy so it's important to stay on top of this.
The MOJU community is a great one with lots of support from peers and great energy of people to work with. Whilst it openly sets high standards, the benefits offered do help compensate. We work hard but we definitely play hard too and make great friends along the way.- A

I've only been at MOJU at short while and already feel like part of the family. Credit goes to the whole team for embedding the values and behaviours so comprehensively!
Overall
I couldn't fault it. Personal development is a priority, the culture is fantastic and there is open and honest feedback about your work whenever you want or need it.

Employee wellbeing is at the heart of MOJU and they demonstrate this by offering free mental health support, including therapy, through Spill. They also provide a safe environment to be open, with mental health first aiders amongst the CRU.
