Escape's take on MovingWorlds
There aren’t many organisations that can say they’ve been in the top two positions in The Escape 100 – three years in a row. But Moving Worlds have done exactly that. The Seattle-based Institute runs sought-after annual Fellowships that help professionals to work towards social impact projects and find more purpose in their work. MovingWorlds also partners with corporations and investors to design high-impact programmes, all with the aim of making measurable progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals. They scored highly across all of the key metrics that we assessed on this year and the key to their success was summed up perfectly in this employee review: 'We are provided flexibility, autonomy while challenged consistently.
