Our mission is to empower neurodivergent adults, such as (but not limited to), Autistic people and people with ADHD, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia to live their best lives and fulfil their potential. Neurodivergent individuals may not always be visibly distinct, yet it's crucial to recognize their unique experiences and the challenges they often face independently. These challenges can lead to a diminished quality of life and hinder individuals from reaching their full potential. Statistically, neurodivergent adults are more likely to: - Encounter barriers in finding suitable employment, - Struggle with job retention, - Experience difficulties in building and maintaining high-quality, long-lasting relationships, - Feel isolated and face mental health challenges, such as loneliness, anxiety, and depression, often stemming from ongoing struggles, - Suffer from lower self-esteem and mental health issues, - Endure social isolation and loneliness due to relationship-building challenges, - Be underemployed or unemployed, leading to financial instability, - Have an increased risk of substance abuse as a coping mechanism, - Experience emotional burnout and overwhelm, - Have a greater risk of interacting with the criminal justice system. At NeuroRocket CIC, we are dedicated to addressing these issues by providing support, resources, and coaching to help neurodivergent adults navigate these challenges successfully. We believe in creating a world where neurodiversity is not only accepted but where every individual has the opportunity to be themselves and thrive.
