Goodlord is a great place to work, there is such an open and honest environment. Within my direct team and the wider teams too there is such a great sense of belonging, we're all working towards the same goal and regardless of what you need, everyone is so friendly and available! Working from home isn't the easiest, especially when starting a new role in a new business but I have personally felt so welcome. We have so many group meetings where we can virtually get together not just in the professional sense but also personally. Quizes, socials, summer, Halloween and Christmas parties! Goodlord has done so well to continue the culture we had but remotely. - LE

Goodlord has been extremely supportive since I began my career here 6 months ago. Coming in to a business with little knowledge of the rentals industry I have learned a huge amount in the last 6 months and with our continuous training programme I have been able to build up my skills to become a competent and productive Customer Support Hero.
