We’ve evolved over the years from a startup studio to offer a number of different services, such as: - coworking & event spaces at Livit Hub Bali - Strategic & HR Business Partner services globally - tech and non-tech recruitment in Europe and Asia - remote work education for Indonesians and Thais via the Remote Skills Academy - business support & compliance services in Bali (HR, finance, legal, logistics, admin) - curated getaway events and retreats for entrepreneurs and teams via Project Getaway training & education on entrepreneurship & building high performance, engaged, scalable, remote-capable teams.

🏖 Flexibility
We can relocate hours and get things done outside of the regular 9-5 workday. This allows to have more life in life, meaning having sports, looking after family/children, and having a career and interesting, challenging projects simultaneously.
😎 Autonomy
We are not micromanaged. Hence many things can be decided/accomplished within our smaller teams. We are realigning around major goals on a regular and very few meetings have weekly or biweekly.
⛑ Employee wellbeing
Thanks to flexibility and autonomy and great policies, and understanding of the management of how important well-being is and that we are a people-first company, I feel a lot of care, attention, and respect, which certainly has a significant impact on our/my good mental and physical condition.
Overall
The culture in this company is exceptional, where we have a great mission, inclusion and respect is the base of our communication, and on top of it we have a flat and well-designed structure.
