No Isolation is a Norwegian technology company founded in October 2015. Their mission is to fight loneliness and involuntary social isolation. One of their key products, AV1, is a small teleoperated robot that looks like a little figure with a screen. It acts as the eyes, ears, and voice for children and young adults who are unable to attend school due to long-term illness. It’s a small, but mighty, robot that helps people of all ages to be a part of common social arenas despite limitations.
