The Running Charity

The Running Charity delivers the UK's first running and fitness orientated services to both men and women aged 16-25 experiencing homelessness.

The Running Charity's aim is to create empowerment through running and subsequently instil confidence and motivation among young people suffering social-exclusion; ultimately dispelling the negativity that hinders their personal development and supporting more in successfully making the transition into employment education and accommodation.

The Running Charity strives to be a proactive community and hub for social good built on Its innovative approach to a world-wide prevalent issue to be an influential force for a just society.

The Next Step

The SPAT team are proactively learning, developing and excelling daily to ensure our sustainability and preparation to help more and more youths. We are only here because of the voluntary help from amazing individuals across a huge variety of industries who all wanted and now have made a difference.

We would love to have you join us in taking the next big step, that is to help 150 youths across London. Whether its having fitness experience, social media skills, knowledge in business / charity, finance expertise, PR and marketing awareness, or many more areas your input will be valued and most importantly a crucial part of a life-changing programme.

SPAT is looking for passionate female and male running / fitness instructors, If you or someone you know has a huge desire to help others, we would love you to join our team.

We are also looking for awesome individuals to join our community of runners, collectively racing for fun, to beat PB's and braving the insane mud and obstacle races. We would love you run with us, and for your support:
