The vision of this charity is to raise leaders who are physically and spiritually relevant to their local and national communities. We work with everyone young or old, men or women because we believe that everyone is a leader but not everyone has been able to develop their leadership skills. We therefore, seek to help people develop their leadership skills in various fields of endeavours. We seek to raise leaders who are entrepreneurs, health care professionals, coaches, mentors, business administrators etc. We seek to achieve this mission through training, teaching, preaching, coaching and mentoring. We have different projects such as: youth enrichment programmes; Get-a-qualification programme, Help-a-senior citizen, Former offenders’ programme, Cover The Homeless etc. Leadership is influence and we seek to exert our influence by creating programmes and projects that our communities can benefit from. If one person in our community becomes better off because one of our leaders impacted their life in a positive way, we are already accomplishing our mission. At the moment, our mission is being affected negatively by lack of finance, but we are determined that finance would not stop this mission. We are, therefore, rethinking our strategies and developing programmes that will be funding and sustaining this mission. One of such strategies is to reach out to people of like minds like you who have gifts and talents (not money) to offer so that we can through their gifts and talents generate enough funds to continue the mission. Hence, we are asking if you can work with us on voluntary basis and apply your skills to projects that will generate funds for our charity. In return, for your contributions to this cause, we will offer you 6 sessions of  leadership coaching and mentoring by a professional multi-award winning coach free of charge to help you achieve your own desired outcomes.
