We are a local charity offering free information, advice and casework to people who live in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. We can help with a wide range of problems, including debt, housing, benefits, employment, family issues, discrimination, consumer complaints and many more. The Citizens Advice service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination. In addition to our advice services in Greenwich, we also run the Seafarers’ Information and Advice Line (SAIL) which is an advice and casework service specifically for seafarers and their families across the UK.
