The Bond Board

The Bond Board is a registered charity that exists to reduce homelessness by helping people on low incomes access private rented accommodation. We provide Bond Guarantees for tenancies which take the place of cash deposits and provide security for landlords. Additionally, we offer a range of support services for tenants and landlords designed to make a tenancy more manageable and sustainable for everyone. In 2021/22 despite the challenges of Covid 19, we took a responsive and flexible approach, adapting our services where necessary, and we were still able to support 1872 homeless households to get housed or maintain their homes. We also continued to deliver support, training and incentives to over 300 landlords and letting agents who provide homes for homeless and low income households.
