Provide our clients with a comprehensive platform to develop their own care pathway in a secure, confidential, non-judgmental and sharing environment. Provide a range of services and support for the families of child victims and adult survivors of incest or childhood sexual abuse, including but not limited to a variety of therapeutic interventions, support sessions and befriending support. Advance the education and awareness of the long-term personal and social implications and effects of incest and childhood sexual abuse, through training and conference delivery for health, social care, well-being and education providers.

Our services empower survivors to develop practical coping strategies, build confidence, self-esteem, to build social connections, reduce isolation and understand the effects of abuse to go on a process it in their own time. We offer our clients up to 2 years worth of support as we know short term, time limited support is ineffective. Our services take an holistic approach and we tailor our support to each person's needs. Our clients describe our support as "life changing" and "life saving" - and we are proud to do what we do everyday.
