The PIElink Futures Group has operated as an informal ('un-incorporated') group of colleagues all volunteering their time, and wanting to take the step of becoming formally a company with not-for-profit constitution; which we have now done. The immediate beneficiaries of our work are the staff of all the services for people with complex needs that are now adopting this new (and quite inspirational) way of working; and access the website's resources, attend our forums and webinars etc etc. But the real longer term beneficiaries are all the 'users ' of these services. This resource and support matters, because there is no other organisation or website that provides this kind of dedicated development support. So far, all four national governments of the UK have endorsed this work; but none so far has funded it, nor has any other body - and this is what has to change, with the formal creation of a company to carry on the work.
