Moorland Community Caring's aim is to help people to live independently – to connect them to their community, whether this means via other organisations or with our wonderful volunteers, to gain confidence to lead independent and fulfilled lives. We achieve this through listening and helping to create a support plan tailored to an individuals needs. Moorland Community Caring is part of the South Devon Well-being Partnership, delivering well-being programmes, individually tailored to a patient’s needs. This may be addressing loneliness, anxiety, diet, physical illness, budgeting and more.
