Reducing the Risk of Domestic Abuse

We are a small local charity but we have had a significant impact on work in our field both strategically and operationally. In particular, we have developed a partnership approach to tackling abuse and exploitation which is recognised nationally. Our charitable objects as laid down in our constitution are:

To reduce poverty by promoting the safety, choices and independence of victims of domestic abuse To educate by fostering awareness and understanding of the nature, prevalence and impact of domestic violence and means of reducing these To reduce the risk of domestic abuse by provision of services and supporting an integrated multi agency approach
