Department of Urology Charitable Trust

Our specific aim is "the relief of sickness in patients and former patients in care of the Urology Departments of the NHS Trusts in Oxfordshire by the provision of amenities for the patients and staff in the Urology Department. DUO has been very successful in doing this with help of patients, their friends and family and also the nurses and medical staff in the department who have been involved in supporting fund-raising events and raising donations. The money raised has been spent on very necessary medical equipment and  services, including nurse training,  to improve patient care in both the main ward and for the many outpatients who return to follow-up clinics each year.
