Mind in Somerset

Mind in Somerset aims to promote good mental health and wellbeing, to provide a voice and champion a greater understanding of mental health issues in the community and continously operate to the highest standards of governance and delivery.  Mind in Somerset is an independent charity that has been formed from the merger, in October 2018, of Mind in Taunton and West Somerset and South Somerset Mind. The result is a charity able to deliver services for the whole of Somerset and to provide specific services to areas in adjoining counties. We are a Company Limited by Guarantee with all funds spent on delivering services locally. We are affiliated to the national charity Mind and we are able to draw on their resources, guidance and expertise to help in delivering our mission.
