Independent Film Trust

The Independent Film Trust, (IFT) is a charity committed to advancing the cause of independent filmmaking by uncovering untold stories, empowering emerging creative voices and developing new audiences. We campaign to provide an independent film scene that is both entertaining and challenging, inspiring empathy through diverse stories from an eclectic range of life experiences. We want to become the leading institution for independent film in the UK, enabling thousands of independent filmmakers across the country to develop their films and careers. We are looking for new board members to help us in our mission to ensure UK cinema reaches its full potential by benefitting from all the film talent our population has to offer. We are currently seeking Trustees with a range of professional experience including legal, finance, creative and HR, to join our Board. Please see the individual descriptions below.
