Action for Trustee Racial Diversity

We offer support to charitable organisations which wish to increase the racial diversity of their trustee Boards. Our work will make charities more representative of the communities they serve, address under-representation of people from Black and Asian backgrounds, and enhance the quality of charities' decision making.
