We work with surplus food and provide affordable 'shopping' to our members, through our outlets, using surplus food and our low-cost buying cooperative.  We encourage cooperation and we support small food organisations through our buying cooperative and capacity to coordinate.  We also upcycle surplus food into frozen ready meals, with our local FE College partner.  We partner with sustainable food organisations to glean food and to promote a better food system.  We want a more equal and sustainable society.
