Surfers Against Sewage have been doing incredible work since 1990 to protect the UK’s coastlines from water pollution, marine litter, climate change and habitat destruction. They’re the ultimate community campaigners, with organised beach cleans, grassroots movements and petitions calling for change at the heart of their work. Their latest campaign, The Million Mile Clean, aimed to clean up beaches, rivers, streets and mountains across the UK.
