Last year we were listed by Fortune as one of the top 10 companies changing the world, and that is exactly what we are doing. Covering 21 countries around the world, we’re the global leader in providing innovative and sustainable recycling solutions for waste that would otherwise be destined for landfill or incineration. Almost all waste which is considered ‘non-recyclable’ through council collections, such as crisp packets, toothbrushes or contact lenses, can be collected and transformed into raw materials for the creation of new sustainable products. We make recycling possible by partnering with brands to create free recycling programmes and by running our own Zero Waste Box™ solution.
We are also working on other exciting projects, all of which aim to Eliminate the Idea of Waste®. Most recently we launched Loop™, a circular shopping system that enables brands, retailers and consumers to transition from single-use, disposable packaging to reusable and durable containers, in an effort to tackle waste at its root cause.

If the nature of the business itself is not enough to convince you of the purpose-driven entity of TerraCycle, it's very clear that the strong mission of the company transpires through the positivity of its employees - everyone at TerraCycle genuinely believes in what the company strives to see in the world.

Even though I have joined the TerraCycle team quite recently, I have never found such a welcoming atmosphere in the workplace (and even by starting the job remotely). There is a strong sense of collaboration within teams, and a genuine desire to help each other grow.
📖 Opportunities to learn
At TerraCycle, there is an immense opportunity to learn - on one end, from the very collaborative approach of the organisation and cross-department learnings, and on the other, through the innovative nature of the company itself, that is striving to make recycling easy and accessible.
