The Carroll Centre

The Carroll Centre is an independent charity which promotes activities to benefit children, young people and families of Stanmore and the surrounding area.  Stanmore is a good place to live in many ways, not least because of lovely views of St Catherine’s Hill and its friendly inhabitants.  But it is also a deprived area of Winchester where there are many problems.
