We are a diverse group of people who use their lived and learned experience to drive transformational social change. We help organisations understand and deepen their own social impact through consultancy and we also run our own Social Innovation Lab where we provide possibility and opportunity to help communities lead and accelerate their own social change.
We work with extraordinary partners in philanthropy, local government and business, who want to connect, collaborate and reimagine solutions to ensure people can thrive in their communities.

TSIP is a values led organisation in every way - in the way we think, the way we do things, the work we do, the conversations we have, the way we learn and in the way we challenge our thinking and how we improve, strengthen and grow. When you work in an organisation that genuinely believes it can drive new attitudes and approaches and strives to make a difference in the world - that is a mission and purpose you want to get out of bed for!
📖 Opportunities to learn
I love how my thinking is constantly challenged at work and I am in a continuous learning loop. Learning is embedded in who we are - whether it's facilitating learning through our consultancy partnership, or learning on the frontline with communities through our social innovation lab - there isn't a day that goes by that doesn't enrich your thinking. Whether it's through deep and meaningful conversations, in creating brave spaces where we are challenged and scrutinised , or in our own self-reflection. Combined with quarterly CPD sessions, and regular imagination sessions, strategising, training and networking - learning opportunities are everywhere.
