This is what we set out to answer with The Escape 100 and this year the bar was set even higher.

Nominated organisations submit evidence and they are judged on 6 key criteria. They also have to get their employees to anonymously review them.

The Escape 100 list represents the organisations that are leading the way in putting their people and our planet on a par with profit.
