- Proficiency in English communication is mandatory.
- Additional advantage for those experienced in mining sector sales or familiar with CRM tools like SAP, Zoho, or SalesForce, and marketing skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a sales team of at least 6 salespersons.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Report directly to the director or general manager.
- Drive new business acquisition and follow up on leads.
- Utilize a process-oriented approach, focusing on reports and metrics.
- Hire, train, and if necessary, terminate sales staff.
- Achieve the annual revenue target of no less than Rp40 billion.
- Conduct business-to-business (B2B) sales, selling tech products to end users.
- Maintain excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of experience managing a sales team.
- Proven experience in selling tech products.
- Strong process orientation with an emphasis on reporting and metrics.
- Experience in hiring and firing personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new business and follow up on leads.
- Experience in B2B sales, specifically selling to end users.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience selling to mines or mining contractors.
