The Role The Growth and Performance Intern will work closely with both our Email Marketing and Paid Media teams to support their daily operations and drive successful campaigns. You will assist in the creation and execution of newsletter campaigns, creating engaging content and copywriting for email marketing communications. You will also monitor and report on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will aid in the development and execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms, creating compelling ad copy and visuals to attract and engage target audiences. You will also track and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns, offering data-driven insights.
Job Requirements This internship is only open to students residing in the Netherlands (no relocation). You must be based in Amsterdam or able to commute to Amsterdam 2 days a week. For the duration of the internship, you must be enrolled in an Ecommerce, Marketing or similar Business-related study with an accredited college/University. You must have excellent written and spoken English skills – fluency in a second language: French, German, Dutch is considered a plus.
Benefits We offer a 5- or 6-month internship (32 to 40 hours per week), starting in September 2024 (flexible). You will have 2 vacation days per month based on 40 hours. We offer a hybrid working model, with 2 days at the EMEA office (Tuesday and Wednesday) and the other days from home. We also provide an internship allowance confirm market conditions, and 2 free pairs of TOMS shoes. You will be part of an ambitious and international working environment at our EMEA office in Amsterdam.
