Ecosia is looking for a Country Marketing Manager based in the US. This is a remote, full-time position in our Marketing and Communications Department. The role involves driving acquisition growth, contributing to the P&L for your local market, and increasing brand awareness and market share. You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, aligning local messaging with global brand strategies, and building strategic partnerships that drive consumer acquisition and retention.

The role: As a Country Marketing Manager, you will own the growth targets for user acquisition and contribute to the P&L for your market with the CMO. You will design, implement, and optimize strategies to drive user growth, ensuring efficient and effective marketing spend. You will also develop and execute local marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and market share. You will lead the localization of global brand initiatives, adapting messaging and positioning to fit the local cultural, social, and market context.

Job requirements: We are looking for someone with a proven track record in acquisition marketing, with ownership of P&L and growth targets. You should have experience localizing global marketing campaigns, with strong knowledge of local markets. You should also have the ability to identify and build partnerships that drive consumer growth and retention. Strong media relations skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and analytical skills are also required.
