Beyond the Margin is a newly established Charity currently based in Holme Wood, Bradford. We exist to support disadvantaged and marginalised people by delivering community based interventions that enhance skills, improve wellbeing and raise aspirations. Specialising in therapeutic interventions, youth work and creative education. We believe that every individual has the right to reach their full potential and deserves the space to heal and transform their given narrative. By forming positive relationships, overcoming adversity and discrimination, working through any traumatic experiences and going beyond the perceived and actual disadvantages they may have experienced along their journey. We are currently running a number of community based projects in partnership with local Primary Schools. Our activities are currently led by volunteers due to being such a new organisation and having limited funding. Our team currently consists of a HCPC registered Dramatherapist, youth workers, artists and creative educators. The team and trustees have big dreams and high hopes for the future of Beyond the Margin, with a plan to secure funding to launch further projects and activities along with a long term goals of expanding to other communities across West Yorkshire as we become more established.
